Shane M Lefeber, CTIE, is the VP of Operations & Training at Your Travel Center/Montecito Village Travel where he assists the COO with the operation of our offices and over 500 Independent Contractors throughout the United States. Shane began his career at YTC in 2006 as an assistant to the CEO and has evolved since then. His responsibilities expanded to include multiple facets of leisure travel, corporate travel & reports, training and agency management, providing his skills to help navigate the challenges of managing a company in today’s travel industry. In addition to the role he holds at YTC/MVT, Shane is active with his young family and resides in Bend OR. He has a Masters of Arts in Teaching and his undergrad degree from the University of Washington. When not working Shane enjoys golfing, attending swim meets, hiking and camping
